Q: When is the pre-order dispatch date?

Your pre-order is scheduled to be dispatched between 6-8 weeks from your order being placed. Please note this is an estimated timeframe and not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual dispatch may vary due to production schedules, supplier availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. The estimated delivery date shown in your confirmation email may be updated if necessary, and we will keep you informed of any changes.

At Maison Zee, our products are thoughtfully sourced and handcrafted in Morocco in small batches. As a small independent brand, we prioritise considered production and ethical craftsmanship; which means certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis when demand exceeds stock or new collections are being made.

Pre-ordering allows you to secure your product while supporting mindful, artisan-led creation. Payment is taken at the time your order is placed to reserve your item, and by completing a pre-order, you authorise Maison Zee to charge your chosen payment method immediately.

Estimated dispatch dates will be displayed in your order confirmation email. We aim to dispatched Preorder from 6-8 weeks.These dates are estimates and may change due to artisan production schedules, material availability, or unforeseen delays. Whilst we always do our best to dispatch within the stated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

If you request any changes to your pre-order after purchase, please note this may affect your dispatch date and may incur additional shipping costs.

In the event you change your mind and wish to request a refund on a pre-ordered item, you have 3 days from the date the order was placed to request a refund on your pre-order. You may request a refund byemailing your order number and refund request to orders@maisonzee.com. Once accepted, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. All other non-pre-order purchased products are eligible for store credit only.

Refund policy on pre-order

If you change your mind about a pre-order, you may request a refund within 3 days of placing your order. To do so, please email us at orders@maisonzee.com with your order number and refund request. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: after the 7-day window, pre-orders are not eligible for a refund as they are made to secure limited small-batch production. All non pre-order purchases are eligible for store credit only.

What about shipping delays?

At Maison Zee, we work closely with our partners and logistics teams to ensure your order reaches you as smoothly and quickly as possible. However, occasional delays may occur due to production schedules, customs, courier issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Should there be any delay to your shipment, we will do our best to keep you informed and updated along the way. Please note that shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding; as a small brand creating limited-batch products in Morocco, occasional delays can happen, but your order is always crafted and handled with care.
